1st and 2nd lien with BOA.
Short sale was initiated on 11/05/2010
BPO was ordered on 11/06/2010
Negotiator was assigned on 11/12/2010
Offer price was $150k and $4800 in c/c
1st and 2nd Liens were over $215k.
We have approval and BOA has sent an email that they will not pursue the seller for a deficiency judgment.
We are closing 12/14/2010..
That's pretty amazing that we did this so fast with very little headache...I must say the negotiator was amazing very helpful..
