Just closed a Litton short sale with a 1st and 2nd Lien with Litton it took 8 weeks from contract date!
Had to play hard and demand to speak to a supervisor but as soon as the supervisor got involved it went pretty smooth...
1st was $365000
2nd was $58000
Litton took $305k and paid $5 in closing costs.
Closed yesterday..
Sellers were enrolled in the HAFA program and got $3k at closing.
All parties are happy!
